Throughout the Festival, the Bistro SAQ will offer a selection of wines and foods to delight fans, right in the heart of all the festivities. By popular demand, the Bistro SAQ will host the duck tasting evening for a fifth year! This gourmet evening will present a 4-courses service of Rougié duck along with wines specially chosen by a SAQ expert to create the perfect pairings. But hurry, seating is limited!

Stuffed ravioli with duck confit in onion soup  
First course
Pie crust  
Main course 
Duck leg and breast stew with foie gras  
Lyon bugnes (sweet fritters) in chocolate and praline
