Take a trip to the heart of the capital of French gastronomy for a meal created by guest Lyon chef Joseph Viola, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (M. O. F.), chef of the Daniel & Denise restaurants and president of the Association des Bouchons Lyonnais. Mr. Viola will be in attendance on February 23, 24 and 25. The chef’s menu will subsequently be available until March 11.
